At PH Mallorca, we’re fully committed to minimising the environmental impact of our projects by delivering the lowest carbon solutions with the maximum possible life-span.
Taking a ‘fabric first’ approach to minimising energy demand, building orientation and choice of materials help us to achieve this objective, and during construction we reduce carbon emissions by reusing materials from demolition where possible, choosing local materials and suppliers and only using responsibly-sourced timber.
Our projects benefit from high performance glazing, 100% LED lighting, Solar PV, electric vehicle charging points, and smart lighting and heating controls, to help contribute appropriately to the latest low carbon development ambitions.

Since our launch in Port Andratx in 2005 PH Mallorca have recognised the skills and talents of the Mallorcan people. We have formed lasting working relationships with architects, designers, constructors, tradesmen, artisans and artists who have helped bring our award-winning projects to life.
We are pleased and proud to have supported youth sporting projects in the local area for some years, including the highly successful Andratx Basketball Club, CB Andratx, and the Gymnastics Club, Club Gimnasia Rítmica Es Vinyet, which have both produced national champions in their respective sports.
A commitment to invest in the future of our local community is central to our ethos. In addition to our ongoing working partnerships, we are proud members of the Mallorca Preservation Foundation, and have also helped pioneer a local initiative – SOPPA (Solidaritat Pel Poble d’Andratx) – to provide essential food and support during the COVID-19 crisis for around 50 families in the local municipality.
